Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. Mark arrived on time, quickly got to work to solve my sprinkler head coverage issues. Checked all the heads and made adjustments where needed and replaced a rotor head. Extremely thorough. I highly recommend Mark and this company. This will be my go to company for all my future irrigation/sprinkler needs.
I had a few brown spots showing up in my yard, so I decided to find an irrigation specialist. As luck would have it, there was an advert sign for Beeline posted at the corner of Park Lane and State St 44. I gave Beeline a call and we scheduled an appointment for the following week (today). The proprietor, Mark Rust, came out to meet me at the appointed time. We walked around the compound and I conveyed my needs and suggestions. Mark took it from there. In about an hour, Mark had made a number of changes throughout my 9 stations to the point that I could visibly see the difference from the house. I know that a lot of people do their own sp... But, if you want to get your system tuned up, and fix problems you know you have, and others you didn’t know about, I highly recommend this company. My expectations are exceeded! Thanks Mark!
Beware: if you sign up for a monthly contract, good luck having them cancel or even transfer (even if you moved). So we have been paying for monthly fees for sprinkler maintenance for months now on a property that we haven't lived at in months in the dead of winter with no response from customer service. When they do show up, the techs are great. Not very happy and will pursue other avenues to get out of this contract.
