Vadim was incredibly easy to work with on a stove glass repair. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. He was easy to schedule with, very flexible and showed up on time and prepared for the appointment. The repair itself went very smoothly and without issue. I would highly recommend Vadim and Bee Appliance to anyone needing service in Northern Colorado.
Vadim is a pro. Calling just this morning, he was able to squeeze us onto his schedule for an oven repair (he had a cancellation). He was efficient, knowledgeable, and provided fair pricing. He also left the rest of our kitchen just as he found it, so we can resume life in our busy home (with young children). Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service, Vadim explained what was going on with our dryer and repaired it on the spot. We had a dryer that wasn’t putting out any heat so he changed the heating element, five fuses, and even did some additional work for free. He gave me recommendations on whether or not we should buy a new one or have this one repaired because it’s an older whirlpool. Highly recommend! Five stars!
