I scheduled for a level II evaluation as I just bought my first home with a wood burning fireplace. The communication was 10/10 for the entire process. Miranda was the technician and she was WONDERFUL! She was thorough and explained everything she was doing. She gave recommendations and also educated me on having a fireplace and how to maintain it properly. I also did the dryer vent cleaning and so glad I did because it was 100% blocked. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!
