Excellent source for LG washer parts, 2 for 2 so far. They stayed just past closing for me to get a drain hose on a Saturday. Prices are competitive. This is my first call for any appliance parts.
Our furnace went out the day before a snowstorm, and we were quoted an outrageous amount by an HVAC company to replace a part that was very simple to install. I called Rick at Bear Valley, and even though he didn’t have the part in stock, he ordered it immediately and had it ready for pickup the same day so my family wouldn’t go without heat. We installed the new part ourselves in just a few minutes and were warm again. Rick’s quick help made all the difference. I know we’ll be calling them again, highly recommend.
My 1 and a half year old washing machine broke down and I was able to get a technician out here the next day. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it turned out that the brains of the machine were no longer functional and it would have cost very nearly the price of a new machine to replace it. So, I didn't have him do that. That said, my experience with this company was excellent and I will use them in the future if I need an appliance repair.
This place is a godsend for anyone who wants to work on an appliance themselves. If you haven't experienced the HVAC mafia, the entire industry basically makes it so you MUST hire a contractor to do anything that requires a part. This is one of the few (if not the only) store where a noncontractor can get the parts they need.
Rick is very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He was able to find my part and picked it up next day. Some parts may not be available as quick as mine. But he managed to find it and called me for pick up. I totally recommend Bear Valley for ALL your appliance parts. Whether you need to wait for parts or not. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 Star Business!!🏆
