We had a pipe burst in our house. The plumbers arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were very friendly. We discussed my thoughts on location since it was hidden away in an attic. We lost some time waiting on the city to show up to turn the water back on, but once we got that done the repair was quick and straightforward. Pricing was fair given the delay waiting for the city to get out there. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

We had a constant drip-drip-drip coming from both a toilet and a faucet, so I called Bayer Plumbing for help. They were able to schedule a service appointment within just a couple of days, which was a huge relief. Charlie came out, inspected everything thoroughly, and clearly explained our plumbing repair options. Because the toilet and faucet were very old, he recommended a full toilet replacement and faucet replacement rather than attempting costly repairs—and the pricing was very fair. Charlie returned the very next day with the new fixtures and had everything installed and working perfectly in under two hours. The plumbing service was fas...

Bayer’s Plumbing absolutely delivered. Charlie was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic — professional, clear, and genuinely helpful. He solved the problem quickly, and the whole service felt worth every bit of what I paid. What really stood out was how he pointed out a few simple things I could keep an eye on to avoid future issues. Nothing over the top, just practical, easy-to-follow stuff that made me feel a lot more confident about my own setup. If you’re in Evansville and need plumbing help, these are the folks to call. Charlie and team made the whole experience top-tier.

UPDATE: The service manager called back offering someone to come out but zero guarantee it would be covered, supposedly by the owner making that decision. 0% trust, going with someone else we can actually trust. SKETCHY! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They came out twice to fix the same problem and now 4 months later (1 month past warranty) the same problem is happening. The service manager is refusing to help even though they did not fix the problem in the first place. HORRIBLE!
