Bay Country Landscape

Bay Country Landscape was hired to perform lawn cutting services for our 55+ community. The service is terrible!! Lawns are not neatly cut, areas around trees are left uncut, trimmings are left on the lawn or blown into our flower beds. Despite several complaints this season there has been no improvement in the service. I am at the point of taping off my yard and not allowing this company to access it at all!! Between the poor results and the lack of regular mowing and maintenance, this has been a complete waste of money for my community. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company if you are looking for commercial landscaping.

Terrible customer service. I called and spoke to an employee who said she was going to check if their schedule allowed time to cut my lawn. She said she would call me back. That was on a Wed. afternoon. The following Mon. I called and left a voice message on their machine asking for someone to call me back. It is now Wed. and I still have not heard from them. I understand that they probably couldn't pick up my property but proper etiquette would have been to call me back and tell me that.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I live in a community this company takes care of grass cutting. The company asked if any residents wanted to pay extra for fall fertilizer and aeration and seeding and I did. The Biggest mistake and a total waste of money. My lawn looks the worst I have ever seen with the whole yard full of crab grass. My neighbors have also said their lawns look horrible. The icing on the cake is it will be 4 weeks next week since they mowed the grass, so basically I wasted my money because the grass is so high that nothing will be growing. Stay away from this company if you want beautiful grass.
