We brought our BMW to BME since we moved here over 4 years ago and the only reason we are stopping is because we are moving off Island. They are above and beyond helpful and have been that way since day 1. They have always talked to us with honesty and respect. I would recommend this shop every time to any one. Their pricing for Island is completely reasonable. I wish them nothing but continued success and business longevity. Mahalo.
Our 2017 Porsche Macan was having issues with a warning message regarding the fuel system. Several warnings happened over a span of 6 months. This last time I took the car into BME, the mechanic asked if he could use the car for a week or two to understand when and why the warnings came up since in prior appointments BME could not find anything wrong. They tested the car, drove the car and went above and beyond to try to get to the bottom of the issue. They have a theory of what was going on and assured us the car is safe to drive and to bring in the car if the warning message comes up. Dealing with BME even with a car repair issue is refresh... If my memory serves me correctly, I have been taking my 2003 BMW Z4 to BME for 4+ years, I had actually received a recommendation for someone who had all of the cars serviced by BME & had moved to the mainland. He said if I come back to Hawaii, I would use them in a heartbeat! I have never been disappointed with their service or the staff’s professionalism. I would highly recommend this place if you want it done correctly!
