I waited 2 months after actual installation in order to give this a thorough review.  Priscilla initially worked with us to prepare the contract and was very patient in answering our many questions for the installation of a Walk-in Tub System with walls, jets, bubbles, lights, rain shower, grab bars, shelves, and shower rod.  Adding to the complexity of the job we added the plumbing and drain moved from the right side to the left side.  You really need experts to complete a job like this.  The installation by Jason and Mitch was absolutely outstanding.  After the installation an issue did develop with the Drain Lever not working properly.  Jo... Excellent work from start to finish. Priscilla presented various options, and we moved forward with a contract. Despite their busy schedule, Josh efficiently handled the installation, confirming the placement of grab bars and addressing any questions throughout the process. We also had them replace the toilets, and I’m thrilled with the fresh new look. Check out our before and after photos. I highly recommend their services. Thank you to you all.

We are very please with the bathroom remodel Bath Planet did for us. Priscilla was delightful and so understanding (even with the couple of additions I made). Jason was the perfect installer, very professional in everything he did. From the beginning picture to the final picture our bathroom was transformed into a dream come true.

We love our showers. 😄 Glenn the installer was awesome. He did both upstairs and downstairs by himself in 5 days. He is very professional, knowledgeable and straightforward steady work ethics. We were lucky to get him for our installation. We didn’t get any before pics. But they were 28 year old tub install. 🙄 Love having no tub.

The installers did a great job reviewing the products we selected and how to be arranged in the shower. They were very pleasant and careful respecting our home and cleaned up before leaving.
