We have LOVED our experience with bathfitter from our sales appointments with Steve, to meeting our installer Guillermo. Let me say he went above and beyond for us! He finished what should have been a 2 day job in the promised 1 day! Our bathroom came out exactly as we imagined. The attention to detail our installer had was impressive. He made every measurement ACCURATE, he was so precise, and really cared about the work he was doing. Did didn’t take a short cut on any step. Believe me I watched the entire install in amazement. Bath Fitter’s process, materials, and price in service is why we knew we were making the right choice hiring them. P.S. if they have their sales reps learn on site and watch it front to end they don’t have anything to hide and no wonder they warranty their work. Seriously, just unmatched!! Guillermo is the best and always will be. He's done two bathrooms for me and my family. So professional and honest. He really takes pride in his work and the quality is unmatched. He went above and beyond for me making sure I love my new shower. I highly recommend him as an installer but also bath fitter in general. Easy straight forward selections and beautiful craftsmanship.

Kenyon and Mark did an amazing job!!! They were super friendly and very professional. At first I was a little skeptical when they said they would be in and out of the house and finished in one day. I didn’t think one person would be able to replace an entire tub, turn it into a shower, and replace the walls, pipes, and finish around the window in one day.
They stayed true to their word and finished everything in one day and it all turned out awesome!! I appreciate how much they cared and wanted to make sure everything was exactly how my wife and I planned it.

Mark Diamond and Josh Massey worked on the Jacuzzi tub to walk-in shower conversion. It was a very technical work to fit in the existing space with several 45 degree angles. They answered every questions we had with kindness. We are so pleased with their exceptional craftsmanship.
They cleaned every step of the way, and when they finished, all the mess were gone like a magic. We highly recommend them and Bath Fitter.
