Great team! These guys have my complete trust, cannot recommend better! From trauma to floods and fire, these guys can help in the deepest needs. I was impressed to find the variety of services including the challenges of trauma clean up. Thank you, Basin!
I wanted to be able to leave a good review for this company. They came in and help with some flood damage after another company didn’t work out. At first they were very helpful. The work took months to initiate and complete, but that is probably normal in these cases. However, things went south quickly. It started with some small problems that we could overlook like mismatched paint on replaced baseboards, unfixed damage to walls where baseboards were removed, and some major concerns with the finish work by their floor guy. However, the major concern was that they punctured our dishwasher drain hose while reinstalling trim causing water damag... I wanted to be able to leave a good review for this company. It started with some small problems that we could overlook like mismatched paint on replaced baseboards, unfixed damage to walls where baseboards were removed, and some major concerns with the finish work by their floor guy. However, the major concern was that they punctured our dishwasher drain hose while reinstalling trim causing water damage that was not discovered for a few weeks, leading to major damage. At first they were helpful in trying to clean up and dry floors, but when the source was found for the leak, they became rude and unhelpful. They left us with a whole in the wall and damaged floors that they refused to do anything about. They have left us with a mess! I would strongly caution anyone looking to use this company. I would like to note that all the employees that came into our home were always professional and kind. The concern is with management and how the company chooses to do business.
What an incredible business! They were so helpful when we called they responded immediately to our home. The guys that came to our home gave us great advice and helped point us in the right direction to get our house repaired. They took their time assessing our issue and listened to us. We will absolutely call them first if we ever have another issue. They really took care of us.
