Basin Appliance repair is a customer service based company, with reasonable rates that not only does an excellent job repairing the appliances, but follows up to make sure they are working correctly. We had a freezer that was working almost all of the time. In order to diagnose the problem, Randy had to check out the freezer when it was not working. Randy was true to his word and came out the next time the freezer stopped working...on Sunday. He was thorough and his fee was minimal compared to other companies.I highly recommend Basin Appliance.

Randy is very unprofessional. He came out diagnosed my washer And never returned to fix it. He wouldn't answer my calls or messages. My pump went out in my washer and he gave me a run around for 2 weeks. I don't appreciate the old water sitting in my washer. Thank you randy for your lies I will be calling the bbb and also the department of labor. Your company is a joke. Save your time go to someone who cares about your appliances

Randy and company are fantastic to work with. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and all-around good people. Working with some of these appliance manufacturers can be a chore, it’s not necessarily their fault if it takes weeks to get a part in for the repair job. But I can say once the parts were received they were quick to come out and get the job done. They also took care not to scratch the floor or damage other areas of the house while working. Overall, I am satisfied and would consider Basin in the future for other appliance needs!

09/17/2018 Randy of Basin Appliance Repair left us in the lurch. Our washer broke and our warranty company assigned Basin Appliance to us for repair. Randy came out and accessed our washer. He said it would be about a week for the part to get in and took our flat rate service payment of $75. Ten days went by and my husband called Randy to see what the delay was. Randy informed my husband that our warranty company should have called us as he had cut ties with our warranty company due to non-related issues between the two parties. Randy had no problem promptly cashing our check while NOT informing us that he would not be returning. This has del...
