Their rep Frank was very knowledgeable and thorough when investigating the problem. Their quote for the work was very fair for what had to be done. Also I have to give credit to the team that did the work, they laid out covers on the site to make sure things didn’t get messed up from the mud. They really worked hard and did a great job! Did a wonderful job with our basement and efficiently! They were able to come out right away and love the new basement. Only wish we had done it sooner. Original foundation was from 1930s and falling apart.
We used Waterproofing One to install a new sump pump and drain system in our basement. Joe took the time to come out and explain and answer any questions we had. He gave us a fair price and his construction guys came out a week later. They were very professional and were in and out in 2 days. The guys took the time to to cover the floor, furniture and even the walls so they wouldn’t get anything dirty and when they left at the end of each day they even wiped down the floor on their way out. We would highly recommend this company for your next waterproofing project.
