Luis Guasco from Baruch Home Improvements recently (June 6, 2023) completed a Roofing job at one of our houses in Brick Township. We are very much pleased with his work. He also assured us to honor the quality of his work. He was quick to offer an estimate that we found reasonable. He completed the job on time, as he had promised. We will gladly hire him again for any of our future roofing needs. We will also not hesitate to recommend Luis to any of our friends/neighbors.

We had moisture coming in through our fireplace. Luis from Baruch determined the cause was the flashing around the chimney which he replaced. However, the leak continued. He also mis-identified efflorescence leaching from the bricks of the fireplace due to the moisture -- as mold! He insisted it was mold and treated the bricks with mold remover. The next day they were worse. The leak continued. We called another company who saw that the leak was caused by holes in the chimney that required a new cap and repointing.
