Our call was answered and service rep came out promptly. Now awaiting in-warranty parts to arrive from the manufacturer. Based on our previous experience with Bartholomew, we’re confident that the repair will be done well and the price of labor will be reasonable.
Bartholomew installed a new HVAC at my house. I thought I kept hearing something drip, so about a year later, I called them out. They had forgotten to install a cover on the drain on the inside, and it had been leaking for a year inside the closet. My pets and I had all began having breathing issues, and a couple months later, I was hospitalized at Jackson General for two weeks on oxygen. They sent someone out, and felt the wet carpet, and said it was dirty. I continued to have breathing treatments. My cat, Mittens, had to go to the vet continuously for 11 months. I came home Thanksgiving night to my heat not working. I called them a little after 8 the next morning, and my heat was fixed before 11 AM. The service was speedy, and the on call tech was informative and friendly. I had trouble paying the invoice on my phone, and he said no worries and processed the payment for me. All around good service.
