I have used Bartels a few different times in the past year and feel like it would be hard to take my car anywhere else at this point. I had pretty much given up on ever getting good customer service at any car repair center until trying Bartel's Auto clinic. They have restored my faith in getting my cars serviced. They're thorough, honest, and straight to the point. They do a great job, after inspecting your car, giving you a detailed explanation as well as video tutorial to show you where the issues are. I'm not sure who does the video tutorials here, but they are absolutely professional and just do a great job explaining what's going on.... Their prices do not seem the cheapest but they are not the most expensive option either. Every single person that I have talked to at this service center has been helpful. They don't just pass it along, they truly follow through and are helpful even if your car isn't on their docket. This place is ran so well and professionally, it is absolutely a breath of fresh air working with this company.
