To have my automobile inspected, I went there. I went there on the day I went there for my online appointment. I left the car there and signed in at the workplace. After 30 minutes, my friend was due to pick me up, but she called to let me know she would be running late. The staff told me it was over when I thought I had to wait for her in the office! They are pleasant, efficient, and well-organized. I appreciate them!
Ken and Eli have always treated me with utmost respect and understanding in explaining any and all problems encountered with my two vehicles. I definitely plan to continue to go to them for vehicle services in the future. Naturally as a car owner I hope my vehicles will not need major service too frequently but who knows, after all they are getting old and with the tariffs I will not be able to afford a new vehicle. At any rate I thank Ken and Eli for their kind service at Barrington Automotive.
Had an appointment to diagnose the car and Eli was extremely friendly and explanatory. They're a busy business but it's clearly because they have a large customer base who trusts them. Would recommend and go back.
Perfect! Deserves 10 stars out of 5. I brought my car for the inspection today. I'm 100 % satisfied with the service. Very professional, highly trustworthy and very helpful. Even the bathroom was perfectly clean that it'd the cleanest bathroom that I 've ever seen in US.
Wonderful service, very pleasant to deal with. Service is prompt. Eli and Dennis always keep me well informed. Prices are fair and the workmanship is impeccable.
