Tech that came out was legit and fast .. diagnosed. Told me the issue and price before work.. and when I blessed off on it was done quick and right.. and big time people person .. hell I’d higher that tech regardless where he worked
Dustin was excellent. Our oven broke on Thanksgiving morning and I put the request for repair in on saturday. Sunday night Dustin called me to verify the appointment and just get a little background on what happened with the oven so he knew he'd be looking at. We arranged from to come out on Monday he ordered the parts and called me the following Friday saying the parts were on back order. On Monday he contacted the insurance company for the oven himself to find out if you can get the part earlier and they said 15 days was normal and we would wait. He kept on them to find out about the part and eventually we end up having to get a new oven wh... Dustin was excellent. Dustin took it upon himself to make sure we were taken care of dealing with insurance company constantly checking on parts and making sure we were treated right. Not to mention he has a great attitude and fun to talk to.
This is the best appliance repair place in town. I highly recommend this place. Dustin has repaired several appliances for me. My compressor went out on my refrigerator, he ordered a new one and had it back and running in a few days. He is very professional and gets the repair done in a very timely manner. I will always use Barnes Repair Company for all my appliance repairs. He does an awesome job and he's nice and friendly. What more could you ask for.
Quick response; reasonable price; friendly service. My refrigerator's still going strong nearly 5 months later, and Dustin even helped me figure out why my garbage disposal wasn't working. Highly recommended.
