We had a second floor of a detached garage that we wanted to turn into an apartment space. When it came to the final numbers it was looking like we couldn't afford the project. But it felt like Aaron really wanted to support real people who live in Flagstaff and we were able to figure out how to move forward. We bought in 2023, and we love our house, but it only had one bathroom and we are four humans (and two dogs). In addition to this, the bedroom was always disproportionately larger with respect to the house as a whole. We were not sure what we wanted to do, but we started to do some research and poking around.
We were lucky enough to find Barden Home Builders. From start to finish, we always understood what was happening. When we had questions, it was super easy to reach out - it didn't matter what questions we had. They met the budget and also the time-line. We love the new bathroom and walk-in closet that connects to our bedroom. It's hard to remember what it was like before - two bathrooms have reduced the overall conflict in our house!
Beyond this, everyone who came into our house or did work on our property was kind and respectful. We got to know several folks pretty well, and our kids and dogs have definitely missed Barden since they finished up. The next time we have a project that is beyond our reach, Barden is our first call. Our kids/dogs miss them! And I know it will be quality work.
