We hired Bannister Custom Exteriors to replace our Roof. The whole process was painless. They were responsive and on schedule in every detail. The crew that worked on the roof was polite, and on task. Very professional. They provided us with a Quote and we had NO surprises at the end. Price competitive and good quality work. I would recommend this company to anybody in need of replacing their roof. We are a very satisfied customer. 5 stars!
I hired Bannister Custom Exteriors, owned and operated by Kevin and Ryan Bannister, to install a Drexel Metal roof in 2020. I paid them thousands of dollars extra to make sure that the work was completed in such a way that a Drexel Metal 25 year warranty was applied to my roof. During the installation Bannister scratched 4 panels and left flashing incomplete. One area runs most of the length and width of the panel. Drexel Metal came to my house to inspect the damage. They concluded that because Bannister compromised the integrity of the panels during installation they are now no longer under the Drexel Metal warranty. There is also gapping ar... There is also gapping around my chimney flashing and when it rains water leaks into my house. To this day Bannister has not addressed the panels they damaged or the flashing. I could write pages on how this company has been DISHONEST and DISRESPECTFUL but this experience has depleted my energy to say the very least. This has by far been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of enduring. My advice to you, do not hire this company. If you absolutely must, hire a 3rd party to inspect their work and DO NOT give them any money outside of the deposit until the work is 100% complete and to your satisfaction. It has been my experience that they will not honor their 2 year craftsmanship warranty.

However, we chose wisely and selected yours because the relationship felt just so right. We began the working together on Monday with the temperature at 80 as your crew climbed onto our roof. Recently lost part of our roof to a very bad wind storm, Bannister's came right over, evaluated the damage, gave us a quote on a new roof and on the spot fixed the damage. Given the age our roof we opted to replace the whole thing. Their prices are fair, their work was fast and follow up thorough! I would recommend them to anyone! Huge thanks to Ryan and Pat!!
Banner in a new roof for us at the end of October 2025. They were great to deal with from my first phone call to the clean up at the end of the day. We got very competitive pricing, a quality product and a warranty that is excellent.
