Best repair shop I've ever been too. Great service with very fair prices.

Very Rude! This is not the original owner of the shop. He requested me to prepay. I waited for 2 weeks and had to call for my shoes. He also was rude when I called. The shoes looked like nothing was done. Shoes were still dirty. Plus he declined repairing another pair going as far as telling me to buy black shoes because he did not have brown polish. I went to the shop off of Broadway and he repaired those shoes within a week for half this dude's price.

All you had to do was tell me the repair wasnt worth it or it wasnt going to hold. Why take the shoe apart, knowing it wasnt going to hold and not say anything. I should have known I was in for bad service when I stood at the front for a few minutes waiting for dude to acknowledge my presence. I saw someone else make a similar review about their tennis shoes.. Welp, RIP to my sneakers. Pictures are for when I'm accused of making false statements... maybe dont do sneakers or be honest with your customers.

These guys are awesome! I called them at 1:30 PM on a Thursday afternoon and asked if they would be able to install Vibram sole protectors on a pair of leather-soled dress shoes and a pair of leather boots, but I needed the shoes to be finished the same day. I dropped off both pairs around 2 PM and got a text at 3:30 PM notifying me that both shoes were ready for pickup! They were fast, friendly, affordable, and he even included a free polish of both pairs. In the future, I will be going here for all of my shoe repair needs! Highly recommended!

A very smug and dismissive personality masked with a whole lot of other stuff! Professionalism definitely absent. I'll take my money elsewhere.
