Ballard Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Marcus from Ballard came out to do maintenance on my A/C unit and did an outstanding job. He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, checked my system thoroughly, and made sure it was running efficiently before leaving. He was also friendly and respectful of my home. It’s great to see someone who takes pride in their work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be requesting Marcus again and highly recommend him and the Ballard team!

I have been with Ballard for many years. They are a family run business and their service is excellent. Angel was the tech that came to service my heater. He has always been very kind, professional, and explains the situation well. He is very thorough and takes pictures of what needs to be repaired. They are up front with there pricing, no hidden fees. I highly recommend this company.

Ballard Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning came through big time for me. My heater stopped working and they were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. Art was the technician and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got our heater up and running without any hassle. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. Great service, quick response, and solid workmanship. Highly recommend Ballard Plumbing & HVAC — especially Art — if you need reliable HVAC service!
