Part of a family of people that overcharge for parts. Take parts from old machines and call them new. Even when given a warranty or guarantee. Once they start to lose profit because they are unable to fix your appliance cheaply. They will then ignore your calls. Use these places at your own risk.
Very bad experience. I do NOT recommend requesting repairs from them or buying their products. They don't respect your time, and the service leaves much to be desired. They came to check the washing machine, and since they didn't know what was wrong, they took it with the promise that they wouldn't do anything without consulting me first. Later, they told me what was wrong, I agreed to the maintenance... and weeks went by without a solution. They just kept making excuses. If you showed interest in buying a new one, the excuses dragged on even longer. In the end, they charged me $40 for doing absolutely nothing. I felt completely cheated as a... Very bad experience.
