Bakersfield Bytes

The motherboard in my computer stopped working, so, I called Bakersfield Bytes. These guys are amazing, customer service is great. Sam guided me through my options and offered expedited service (which I recommend). He made all the process easy and went above and beyond my expectations. The owner end up delivering a day before the computer was supposed to be done. I just want to say thank you! Your service is amazing! Will definitely come back for any computer needs!

Awesome place to get PC upgrades and more. Went to this place to get some parts replaced and got the full service and dedicated expertise from their employees. If you are working to build that next rig , PC upgrades , or just need a second professional opinion this place is better than most PC repair places in Bakersfield. You will def get your money's worth and meet people who share PC gaming as a passion. They are also very knowledgeable for software repair if your PC ends up infected or you are trying to optimize it for better performance of your every need.

I spoke on the phone with them before ever dropping my laptop off to let them know the issue was the charging port which was broken. The exact model was given to them and they said to bring it in and they would be able to fix it. After numerous days they instead choose to call me to say that the issue is a broken charging port despite the fact that I was already aware of this. The next day I get a call letting me know that they were unable to find replacement parts online and could not do anything about it. Radiator came back with bent fins. Also, missing the radiator screw to hold it in place, Im pissed. Edit: They called me and did make it right giving me a new cooler, i was very angry at the time and the motherboard was brand new, but i do not know 100% how it was damaged. I really appreciate these guys making it right. I do recommend.

Temo is hands down one of the best people you could trust with your PC. He went above and beyond with helping me out on his day off, even when they were technically closed. That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days.
