I have recently been working on a big new home with B&W Designer tile, Wayne and his crew are definitely experts at ceramic tile installation. They do beautiful work and these projects are amazing. I highly recommend them. They are doing heated floors in the bathrooms and heated floors in the showers themselves, which I didn’t know it was even possible, I would hire them in a New York minute.
B&W tile installed a new shower in our home last week it is beautiful, awesome awesome thanks guys. I sent them to my sisters house and they did her floor tile which was also awesome so we decided to get on here and let people know how we felt about it thank you so much guys. I had Wayne and his guys out to redo the carpet flooring we had in our master bed and closet. He was very professional, personable, and up front with expectations and pricing expectations. We had a tight timeline because of an unexpected trip that came up the week he was planning on starting and he worked with us to get us completed before we had to leave town which we were very thankful for. We plan on using him in the future to redo the other side of the house (kitchen,hallway,bathroom,mudroom). I appreciate him and his team being very considerate of our home and never felt once like they didn’t care and it was just a job, they were all ver... As for expectations with Wayne and then installing the tile, my wife and I had picked out the tile and grout we wanted from Home Depot. I confirmed with him on pricing, measurements, and expectations. I purchased the tile, grout, mortar that was needed for the project (confirming with him on what I was getting before I bought everything) and had it delivered to our home and ready for him once he got here. Once he got to us on his schedule his guys showed up, they prepped the floor as needed, leveling it, etc etc (we went with a bigger tile so a little extra prep work and detail needed to be taken and was very thankful Wayne took the time and effort to make sure it was done right the first time). And that was it! Very easy to work with, and like I said before will be using for future projects when we get to those later in the year. Thanks Wayne!

Wayne and his team did an excellent job on our shower project. Their work was professional, detailed, and finished on time. The tile work looks beautiful, and they left everything clean when the job was done. I highly recommend B & W Designer Tile!
