B & S Heating & Cooling

I am grateful for the service I get from B&S. The last two times my heat was out including this week and they had a service tech out the next day. Julian had helped me last time, remembered my dog and fixed my issue asap today. Great family rum business who really go the extra mile.

Got my furnace running again when it cut out on the weekend. Doing some extra warranty research for me afterwards. This same company installed the furnace years ago when my old one died and they also had to come out on an emergency call. Quick competent work. They are much appreciated.

We have used B&S a couple times in the past few years. They are always great. Today, our furnace was serviced by Julian. But the exceptional service started as soon as I called. Knowing this would be a busy day as it’s the first really cold Monday after the weekend, the receptionist warned me that I would be added to their long list but that they would make every effort to get out today asap. I only had to wait about an hour and a half. Our furnace quit working last night. It was blowing cold air. Julian quickly diagnosed the issue as the drain being clogged. Furnace went out, I had them come take a look and give me a quote on a new one unfortunately after waiting a month and calling several times I’ve still haven’t heard from them . Very disappointed

Had to have my air conditioner serviced recently and reached out to B and S. Had used their services within the last year for a hot water heater and was very pleased so reached back out to service the air conditioner. Again, very pleased with the polite, professional and prompt service right from the initial call. Julian was able to be there within an hour. He had everything diagnosed, fixed, and checked over in less than an hour. He was very assistive in communicating and explaining what he had done. Felt comfortable and friendly to work with this company.
