Roughly 2 to 3 weeks ago I brought my Dodge truck in for air conditioner repairs that was the only issue. I was called with an estimate and gave approval for work to be done as quoted . when I went to pick up the truck it was several hundred dollars more than what was quoted over the phone and as an added bonus the airbag light was on which they denied responsibility for and I was told that they would call me back to check out the issue which I have never heard back from this man. Don’t take quote unless in writing I don’t recommend and the only reason for one star is because it was the lowest!

I have had intoxalock in my truck for over a year and had problems with Intoxalock numerous times..Kristy and Mr. Rcky at B&R Auto Service in Houma. LA, have been nothing but extremely helpful and courteous in with my many unexpected problems with intoxalock!! If it weren't for the personnel at B&R, I'd switch to Smart Start!

I absolutely love B & R Auto Services! Ricky and his crew are the absolutely best in Houma! They do fantastic work and their prices are fair! I'm always pleased when I get my car back!
