My mom bought this stove, and the orifices weren’t converted correctly from natural gas to propane. The burners burn unevenly and dangerously — flames shoot up and could easily explode or burn someone. When she called to have it serviced, the company actually said they don’t service their own products. That’s unbelievable for something that serious and potentially life-threatening. We had to shut the stove off and find someone else to inspect it. If you’re using propane, double-check your setup immediately — and be aware that you might be completely on your own if something goes wrong.

We are building a house and we’re looking to go local with our kitchen appliances. We walked in and received no hello, be with you in a minute, nothing. We were serious buyers with a kitchen to fill with appliances. They had what we needed. Unfortunately for them we will be taking our appliance purchasing elsewhere.
