Went to AZ Vacuums to get a new premium vacuum. Met the owner John. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain all the features and benefits of my purchased vacuum cleaner. His nephew works with him and its a family business. I appreciate the old fashioned service of being personable and helpful and would always support a local family owned business. Will be back for service and parts.

Such a great experience! Went in to look at a SEBO D4, and received one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. It was old-school 1-1, full of lots of helpful info, and zero sales pushiness. I appreciated the time and attention, all the answers to my questions, the opportunity to try things out hands-on. Run by an uncle and nephew, so you're sure to get good service if you stop by. This is the SEBO dealer you are looking for.
Amazing! That’s all I can say. The customer service, the personal time that was taken to explain everything I wanted to know about the vaccums I was debating on. This man very personal the way all business should be. Great products, I LOVE MY SOBO ! lol . So hands-down stop by crappy vacuums and go to this guy for quality that’s going to last 10 years or more.
