Guys are truly honest. They could have charged me $100 for what I thought was a broken lens on my phone camera. Turned out it was just the protective cover and didn’t charge me a thing. Folks that’s how you know a company cares about doing right by their clients even when it’s at their own expense. If you need service, support these guys!
Took my Surface in for screen issues on a Fri. I told them I couldn't be without my computer for more than a day as I run my business from it. They told me told me they would have it done by noon Sat. Later that evening they told me it would take longer & that it would be ready by 2:00 or 2:30. I told them I could not pick it up then & if I could get it Sun. They told me they were closed on Sun, but I could pick it up later for a fee. Really? I told them I was not going to pay a fee because they missed their promised timeline. No answer. I had to wait until Mon to pick up my computer. I was without it all weekend.
