IN ALL CAPS WORST. WORST. WOOOORST. Place to come get your devices fixed. Not only will he give it back to you worse than what you came with, but he will also blame YOU for the damages HE did to your belongings. He robbed my boyfriend and I of 120$ he made us cashapp him and he did not fix anything, made it so worse to where when we took the phone to Apple that they said it wasn’t even diagnosable, that they weren’t even able to scan it, and that the screen that he replaced for us wasn’t even the right screen for the phone- it was also popping up on all edges the screen was not flat and it even had scratches on it as it was supposed to be bra... We came back to this place THREE TIMES just to get the one screen replaced and after everything- he not only ruined the screen, broke the camera sensor, broke the charging port aswell, but when we asked for him to either REPLACE it or REFUND us our money he started YELLING at us! How unprofessional. Also if you read his bad reviews on here- he’s scammed and ruined other people’s belongings and money, and has even catcalled a female customer making her extremely uncomfortable. As you can also see in the reviews- all of his responses are denying everything. IN ALL CAPS DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE FOR ANY TYPE OF REPAIR!!! DO NOT TRUST MOHAMMED. HE IS A LIAR AND A SCAM ARTIST- HE WILL SCREAM AND BE DISRESPECTFUL TO YOU AND ANYONE WITH YOU. HE WILL BLAME YOU FOR HIS DAMAGES. NONE OF YOUR BELONGINGS WILL BE FIXED!! I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST AZ REPAIR HERE IN SAN JOSE. We even tried to call police and they said it wasn’t a criminal matter that we need to take it up with civil rights court, and even Mohammed himself said to take him to court- showing that he has CLEARLY dealt with scamming other customers in the past. Me, my family, and my significant other, and friends will NOT be returning to this place for any type of service from this man, EVER. If I could place a zero star review I absolutely would under ALL circumstances. He wasted my time, I am now out of a cell phone, and out of 120$ that I didn’t have to spend. I’m absolutely LIVID. What a POOR business. We WILL be calling civil rights court to make a claim, and I am leaving this review in hopes to warn anyone else in need of repair(s) to not come here, I will also be reporting this all to the state licensing board AND the Better Business Bureau. And to conclude this review- I would NOT like to hear back from your business or you Mohammed. Thanks for reading, consider yourself WARNED!!!!
