Our Thermador oven was not working on a Sunday morning and I didn't expect to hear a response for at least a day or two, but Tyler promptly sent a message and offered to come to our home in Watertown to diagnose the issue same-day. It was important to me to have someone who had experience working with Thermador ovens and Tyler's expertise showed. He explained to us the issue and gave us pros and cons of a few options we could take.
