Called this company, and the owner Pter came to check a problem I had with my washer. He promptly told me the issue with the machine, and a couple of options we could go about it. We replaced a small motor, and he even took the time to explain what the purpose and function of that part was. He was super polite, and professional. I called Petr for a same or next day appointment and he was at my house in a few hours. Very professional, knowledgeable, gave recommendations and assisted with a separate problem as well. Upfront with diagnostic cost and goes toward repair. Will definitely be using again anytime in the near future!
I was able to get an appointment and my repair done the same day. They were very reasonable and actually looked into what was causing the leak under my freezer. I had the same repair done last year and the prior company was telling me I needed to buy a new refrigerator. I would definitely use them again.

Washing machine stopped filling. Called Avi after reading some great reviews. Scheduled appointment for 1 day later. The office texted me to let me know when tech would be arriving. Igor came to diagnose problem on Thursday. Came back on Friday to install new part. He was professional, courteous and explained the repair. Price was reasonable and comes with a 60 day guarantee. Highly recommend Avi.
