Auxi Solutions

I took my PC to Auxi Solutions for a minor repair which was completed properly and in a timely manner. I also had a home network issue that a technician came to my house to fix. The technician was running a few minutes late but still called to let me know, which I appreciated greatly. He did an excellent job and was very personable, courteous, and professional. I will continue to use Auxi Solutions and would recommend them to a friend without hesitation.

The gentlemen at Auxi Solutions have been wonderful! Jason, Ryan, and Will are the ones with whom I have dealt. They have been kind, professional, and on time. They are technically excellent. Jason was wonderful in a negotiation with me, in regards to the final price. Negotiation is not a normal practice for them, nor should it be, but he did go above and beyond to help me. I had a somewhat out of the ordinary scenario, living in a condo building. Their customer service is really special, and I will not go anywhere else for tech issues. I highly recommend them.
