Took in the car simply to get new front brake pads, they broke the stud trying to remove a lug nut and charged over $430 to fix it (just to replace the wheel bearing, not to change the brake pads). Bottomline, we paid about $500 for a problem that we didn’t have and still have the old brake pads. The minimum they could have done was to charge for the part and not for the service since this is a problem they were at fault for. I don’t even care that their customer service is not great and that they’re not friendly at all, but this was just unfair business.

A co-worker recommended Autotorium to me as an honest mechanic who charges fair prices. Curtis was very friendly and fixed my issue with a leaking valve cover gasket for a reasonable price. He had my truck done the same afternoon I took it in. Thanks Curtis. I'll be bringing all my future car repairs to you.
