I’m sad to nave to write this review. I called this company today because of their stellar customer reviews. I have a solar powered swing gate on my driveway. It is critical that we have an operating gate for security and safety reasons — we have an in-ground pool in our backyard, and we don’t want any tragedies. A few days ago the system stopped working. I suspected it was a battery problem. We’d had a similar situation a few years ago, and replacing the battery solved the problem. This time it didn’t. Though I now suspect that I might have a photo-eye problem, I decided it was time to call in a professional. Research brought me to... I’m sad to nave to write this review. So today I called at about 1:30 pm, hoping that I could get an appointment sometime tomorrow. The pleasant and helpful receptionist told me that a technician would be arriving sometime between 3:00 and 5:00 pm today — and the technician would be calling 30 minutes prior to arrival. I was ecstatic! But 5:00 came and went, and at around 6:00 I called again. The receptionist was very professional & apologetic and said she would contact the technician and have him give me a call. 7:00 came and went, so I called again. The deeply apologetic receptionist said she would have a supervisor call me. Again…crickets. I called again, suspecting they might not have recorded my phone number correctly. The very professional and apologetic receptionist confirmed that they had the correct number, and that she would have someone from management contacting me shortly. So now it’s well past 8:00 pm, and nobody has contacted me. Sadly, tomorrow I will be contacting another company. 03/23/2026 Okay, so here we go again. I called your company again today at 2:50 pm to provide my name and address as you requested on your reply. When I called, I reached a dispatcher. — not your office. Your helpful and pleasant dispatcher said that she would contact “the manager”, and that I should keep my phone line open because the manager would be returning my call shortly. Crickets again. Nobody called within the last 45 minutes. There’s no question in my mind that your dispatcher reached out for someone “in management”. I’m equally certain nobody from management will ever return the call to me. Your dispatchers are wonderful — your management needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. Very sad.
