Great service and quality of work. The Kona Autocraft crew re-painted the roof of my 2013 Tacoma due to clear coat damage and they did a great job. Kevin and Joel were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process and performed the job in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Autocraft Kailua Kona.
My experience with Autocraft Hawai’i was very pleasant and easy. Before committing with them, they walked me through the entire procedure of what the repair process would be like. Once I decided to get my repairs done through them, they specified a time frame by which the truck would be ready by and kept to their word about when I would be able to pick up my truck—it’s clear they knew exactly what to do to repair the damage and kept me updated consistently via text. They were very kind and friendly, and answered any questions I had within a very reasonable time frame, if not immediately. They go the extra mile in providing the best experience... Brought my vehicle to have the body of the car fixed due to an accident I was in, which as caused my steering wheel to make noise each time I turned the wheel, I mentioned to them about it and they said they would fix it but it was never fixed, then told it couldn’t be fixed as it’s nothing electrical or anything wrong with the car. Be careful bringing your car in to get fixed as they charged very high, roughly 13k to fix the body, fender, adjust alignment and replace the rim cover, which was double the amount of the estimate I received from a different car body shop before coming here. After fixing the car (the body of it) both the interior... They told me they would call me back once they ordered the parts to fix it but it’s been way over a month.
Had scraped the top of my truck coming out of downtown parking structure. After being turned away by 14 other shops on the island, the owner personally step up with his team & took on the job no one else would - and nailed it. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they even washed my truck afterward. I truly love my truck, & they treated it with the same care and respect. Highly recommended.
