Initially went for inspection sticker,but also had a noise coming from the front end of my truck,they heard it and corrected the issue.i couldn't be happier. In addition ,a thorough inspection was performed ,was issued the sticker and I was on my way. Extremely great guys there! I know I can trust these guys to repair whatever my truck needs,as they are really knowledgeable .I will be back for all my automotive needs. Thank y'all so very much!!!
Very poor customer service (edited) My vehicle passed the inspection my problem was with how extremely disappointed I was with the poor customer service I received while trying to get my inspection sticker changed. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed little regard for my time or concerns. I was given unclear instructions, and treated with indifference when I asked simple questions. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily drawn-out experience. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will seriously reconsider returning in the future or recommending this place to anyone els... By far the fastest oil change in town. Take 5 takes an hour. These guys take like 10 minutes. In my experience, they're always polite, helpful, and honest.
