I had a really good experience here. It is a bit on the pricey side, but you truly pay for what you get. I brought my car in because it was stalling and wanted to check for possible oil or coolant issues, and they did an extremely thorough diagnostic, not just on what I asked about, but the entire car. Everything was done within a few hours, and I received a detailed report with photos, arrows, and circled areas explaining what they found. I didn’t end up getting any repairs done, just diagnostics, but they provided clear quotes and explanations with zero pressure. absolutely love this place and plan on going to them from now on! First of all, the shop just looks great, clean and modern and doens't make you feel like you're waiting in a grody shop from 1982. Second, I cannot say how much I appreciate the break down they give you before they start any work - they have a super helpful visual guide of everything they think needs work, why it needs work, and what can happen if you let it go, including pictures of the wear and tear on your vehicle. My car was in shambles from traveling from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Bham, Bobby was so kind and was able to get me a FREE thorough inspection and able to pinpoint all the flaws in my car, and able to give me the best rates possible at the quickest service time. Do not hesitate when doing business with these guys, cause they will give you the best prices/services and treat you and your car like family

My name is Omar Berry, my experience was excellent. The staff was very professional, and despite my appointment being scheduled for 11:30, my vehicle was serviced in less than ten minutes. While I waited, I was offered refreshments, and the establishment was exceptionally clean. Bobby, the receptionist, provided outstanding customer service. I requested photos of the damage to my vehicle’s undercarriage, and the team promptly fulfilled my request and emailed the images to me. There was no charge for this service. Overall, I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism displayed throughout my visit.
