I will always recommend Auto Lab of Troy to any friends and family in the area. Glenn was immensely helpful when I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. I had him inspect two cars for me. He was patient and informative and went above and beyond to meet my needs for a reasonable price. His team’s turnaround time for the repairs blew me away. And I know that they are honest technicians too. The first car I looked had $3500 dollars worth of repairs and he advised me not to buy it even though that could have been $3500 of business for him. Huge thank you to Auto Lab of Troy—Mark, Glenn, and the entire team—for always getting my car back up and running, no matter the issue. While repairs can sometimes be costly, they always do the job right the first time. I’ve never had to return for the same issue, but it’s reassuring to know they back their work with a warranty. My mom's car was leaking coolant bad. She stopped in first thing in morning and they were able to fix it (replaced water pump) same day. While expensive, it seemed reasonable.
