Mike S was incredibly straightforward and transparent plus my service was great! I am really young with a nicer car, the typical demographic of someone who can get taken advantage of by mechanics. With that being said, Mike S was transparent about the costs of everything and descriptive so that I could fully understand what needed fixing. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff, very thorough inspection of car and awesome invoicing. I was able to make informed decisions with their in depth feedback on my car (including pictures!) so I can budget accordingly to make repairs. I love the tracker showing when my car was dispatched to a mechanic and the progress so I could properly plan my day to schedule picking up my vehicle. Price for parts and labor are market rate and they're willing to compromise on small items like letting me dispose of my own old tires to save $40.
First time here for our used Hyundai sonata and very pleased with the service and care given for our car. They even provided a loaner while the work was done… which I wasn’t expecting. Noticed when driving the car after their service that it ran much smoother. Best part of the warranty for the is 5 years or 5k miles. I think I have that right!? Also they gave a discount! Prices much better than a dealership!
