The agitator on my only used once new washer had broke. The part was ordered. When being replaced there was another issue, the lid lock didn't work right. Parts were ordered and replaced. So had in all 3 visits from the repair tech. He was really nice, knowledgeable and quick. I would highly recommend your company. My washer was under warranty so no charge.
Tim did an outstanding service job for us. He replaced the cross blower fan on our built in Thermadoor electric oven. I supplied the part and he supplied the expertise to get it installed. He is well experienced in this type of installation and it took him no time to get it done and tested. We are totally pleased with the entire interaction with Authorized Service and will engage them again if needed!
Not a fan at all. I've had these guys out on multiple occasions to fix something via warranty through Big Sandy's, and each time I get more and more frustrated with them. This most recent time, they came out to look at a microwave that had an error code. The guy looked at it for 10-15 minutes or so and then proceeded to tell me it was just a filter that needed cleaning because once he removed said filter, boom, fixed, no issues. Well, to me, it seemed like a terrible diagnosis, but hey, who am I to say? I'm no appliance repair guy, so I thanked him, and he went on his way. Well, what happened next? You guessed it, the error code starts flashi... Not a fan at all. Mind you, I left the filter out since he said once he removed it, he could not duplicate the issue, so that means I need a new filter or to clean my current filter. I did clean the filter and reinstall it to see if that would do anything, but of course, just like before, I get the same error code and chime randomly throughout the day to where I just have to unplug my microwave to keep from hearing it. Now I also took a video and sent it to that same tech later that day via text and told him my problem has returned. Well, guess what? It's been a couple of weeks, and still no reply. I still have a faulty microwave that I have to unplug because it's annoying. Sorry for the long-winded review/vent, but it's 4 AM, and that said microwave and its error code and chime just woke up my 9-week-old puppy, and I'm just a little annoyed. Do better, Authorized Services and Big Sandy's.
