Dishwasher not working. Showed up precisely on time. Gentleman took a look at my dishwasher, then wnt to fusebox and reset. Dishwasher worked again He explained that the controls are like a computer and occasionally need to be reset. Explained if it happened too often it may need a costly part. Charged for a service call and left. Told me if I wanted to order the part, he would apply the service charge. Agreed to wait and see for a few days. Honesty, customer care beyond anything I've ever seen before.

Mike and Steve were prompt, professional and did a great job repairing our large Thermidor refrigerator. They had to manufacture some solutions on site due to the flaws from the original installers.
