Austin's Appliance

This place is the best! After years of buying appliances from big box stores, we have been buying from Austin's Appliance and couldn't be happier. We have bought dishwashers, a refrigerator, and a microwave from them. The customer service is incredible. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and just a lot of fun to be around. I can't recommend them high enough! Do yourself a favor and buy your appliances from them!

I was in need of a new washer and dryer. One of my customers recommended Austin Appliance. He specifically said look at the Speed Queen brand. I went and met with Rocky the owner. Super friendly and very helpful. I told him what I wanted and he pointed out the perfect units for our needs. I chose the 12 month NO interest. Approval was super fast. Jimmy the delivery person was very polite and helpful explaining the features. I plan on doing more business with this straight forward and honest company. Ralph

My compressor went out on my fridge, I was due to leave for UVA for surgery and was stressing about getting a new fridge delivered the same day! The ladies at Austin appliances not only found me a beautiful fridge that had a price tag of $3700 for $2000 they were able to provide me same day delivery and the removal of my old fridge. They were so nice and I am extremely grateful for their help as no one else would have been able to provide such exceptional service. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
