Bad customer service, strangely rude staff, no interest in shopping here ever again. Tried to retrade a guitar deal on me, then were rude when I drove across town to pick up the gear, then lost the sale because they continued to be rude, made the sale experience intolerably painful and not fun, claiming that a debit card did not qualify as “cash”. Extremely disappointing experience; will never shop here again. Own dozens of guitars. Will not shop here again. If you don’t want to make a deal, then don’t make it and then act sour about it at the customer’s expense. Recommend shopping elsewhere. What a waste of an hour.

I was going to buy something here. I am a professional musician and I happen to be a Black woman. I wanted to hangout with the acoustic guitars and I was interrupted while playing to be escorted to the less expensive guitars. I guess my time in the expensive guitar room was up. I bought a kapo and was told about layaway which was cool but I was offended I was assumed to be unworthy of trying out the more expensive guitars.
