Austex Fence & Deck

The post should be 2 feet underground but they only did 1 feet. I cannot imagine a fence professional company could do something like that. Now my fence is in bad condition and it is leaning because of that and they are not willing to come back to fix it. :(

We bought in a new build and they did the fence for the whole area. Only a few months in and a section fell because it was nailed into the metal post, not screwed or bracketed. They "fixed" it months later after we went through the builder, (they refused to come out otherwise) and they just redid the nails and cover the posts with pickets. The nicer fence facing into the neighborhood has mismatched wood they won't replace (pine on cedar). If I had a choice, I'd call basically anyone else to fix the fence. They also have attitude when you call them to fix it, so I can't redeem them there.
