I wanted to confirm what others on here have already said. Scott and his team are truly exceptional. We wanted to update aging televisions in our bedroom and living room. After reading the reviews, we went to see Scott on the showroom. He spent time helping us find what would work best. He followed through immediately and we placed our order and had the professional install yesterday. Everything is just perfect. The team walked us through all the features and paired every thing flawlessly. All that was left was to sit back and enjoy the new equipment. My highest recommendation

I have not yet purchased anything from the store, but I will do. So you might be wondering why write a review? Well I'm writing this review because it is refreshing to speak to people who care about what you purchase. I spoke with Scott over the phone today as I'm in the market for a DAC and the level of service provided is amazing. It's great to find an AV business that wants the customer to buy the right product and be happy with it.

If I could give 6+ stars for just customer service, I would. John helped us out, the team spent two hours with us demoing various setups. We spent zero money but felt like we just spent thousands. Demoing what we wanted and what we didn’t even know we wanted. They asked room dimensions, what we have now in terms of a receiver and speakers. Matched a room close to ours and let us play. They have such a wide variety of speakers from entry level three figure to high end five figure speakers. The best absolutely am going here from now on for all my audio needs. Top notch products! Customer service is unbeatable. Seriously worth checking out especially if you appreciate audiophile quality.
