Absolutely amazing service! We went in looking for a new fridge and had checked out the big box stores. But saw a commercial for Auburn Appliance and wanted to check them out! They had exactly what we were looking for and were able to fit us in for delivery the very next day! The price was amazing and beat the big stores!! And we were very happy to be able to support local!! Jamel and Eli did our delivery and installation and they were fantastic! Super careful with getting the fridge in the house and getting it all installed and set up for us! We will definitely be using Auburn Appliance again in the future!!
The best customer service I’ve ever had! Both in their showroom and in my home for installation. It was a pleasure doing business with Bubba and his crew. Very knowledgeable and great prices. We are very pleased with the service that was provided. We called multiple refrigerator repair companies, but Auburn Appliances was the only one who made sure to come same day to help us. With twin newborns at home, we needed a new fridge delivered quickly and they made sure to do that. Within 24 hours we had a new fridge! Bubba and his family are so kind and gave us a great price for a high quality refrigerator. We highly recommend them!
Our experience with Auburn Appliance Sales has been wonderful. We came into the showroom the Friday after Thanksgiving looking for a washer. The man working (I apologize, I'm terrible with names! I feel terrible for not remembering) was incredibly personable and guided us to a machine that would work best for us, and scheduled a delivery the following Monday. We looked at a comparable local business, but Auburn Appliance's customer service ended up being the deciding factor for us. The technicians arrived in a timely manner, were very polite, and removed our old machine and installed the new one within 15 minutes! If our dryer eventually goes...
