I ordered a sleigh snow shovel online because ALL stores in the area were sold out. Aubuchon had what I wanted online. It was delivered to the Waterbury, VT store 5 days sooner than expected. I received a notification and picked the item up one day later. I like doing business with that store because all the employees are ready and willing to help customers. The manager, Wendall, is very knowledgeable.
My order was all ready for pick-up, and the staff at the Aubuchon Store were fabulous, BUT the item I received was only somewhat similar to, but NOT what I ordered. What I ordered is apparently no longer available at Aubuchon Stores The Liquid Nails Mirror Adhesive I ordered is not the same as the Locktite construction adhesive for marble and mirrors. Locktite is not safe to use on all mirror backs. Aubuchon On-Line needs to correct its website. I wasted a lot of time trying unsuccessfully to get what I ordered.
My go-to hardware store. The staff, led by Wendell are most helpful from fixing screens to wood pellets for heat. Keep up the excellent customer services. Bob M
