I hired Stan to conduct a property inspection on a triplex I was purchasing. There was a lot of rescheduling due to conflicts with the seller's schedule, but Stan was patient and flexible through the process. On the day of inspection, Stan was thorough in his work and walked us through items that also would not be included in the official report. He has a background in electrical engineering and grew up with a construction background as well. Needless to say, you won't regret hiring him.

Stan is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I have used his services for several homes and he is quick and always does a great job. Such a fantastic guy!!! A super thorough inspection and he was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Was happy to let me follow him around throughout the inspection to explain everything in detail. He has an engineering background so he was also able to give us a lot of advice on the wiring of the house as well. Inspected the roof and crawlspace thoroughly as well and gave us advice on how to improve drainage and ventilation. I was nervous about finding a good inspector and I am so happy that I found him online because he was exactly what I was looking for in an inspector!
