Could not recommend Atlas more! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Their communication is unmatched and they do great work. Santos has worked with us on a few different situations in our new home - some emergency (garage filling up from a backed up pipes) and some scheduled (installing a new toilet or clearing out our drains). He is always so professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and friendly. He goes above and beyond to make sure our questions are answered and gets in touch with us quickly if we have questions after he's left. The overall customer service is fantastic as well. I'm always able to connect with someone over the phone or by text very quickly. They really make stressful situations, like a burst pipe or a garage filling up with sewage water, feel a bit less stressful. Their pricing is very reasonable and worth it for the level of professional service! We will always be Atlas Plumbing & Rooter customers!!

Amazing customer service. Talk about perfect execution of intake, immediate scheduling, on time technician who was pleasant, experienced and genuinely helpful. Junior went above and beyond to find the leak issue, opening walls and even answered several calls after the visit to help me understand what he found while I was managing the repair remotely. The prices were reasonable and he was able to fix the leak same day. I called, immediately my call was answered. They scheduled me with in the hour. Technician found the issue and sent an invoice and was done in a few hours. Price was well worth it. Highly recommend for their service and value

Nelson from Atlas Plumbing and Rooter was able to successfully snake and unclog our kitchen sink after another plumber couldn’t unclog it using 3 different sized snakes. Nelson then replaced 1-1/2 inches of the sink pipe that was broken and leaking after the other plumber had taken it off to snake the kitchen sink pipe. He was honest and upfront about our options and was willing to work with us to try out the cheaper option first, and wouldn’t charge us if we needed to switch to the more expensive option, whereas another plumber we called wanted to do the most expensive option first without trying the cheaper option (this option was also less damaging to our house, which is why we wanted to do it first). Nelson deserves more than 5 stars for his expertise and willingness to do a great job! We’ll definitely request Nelson for our future plumbing and rooter work.

I used atlas to replace my sewer and do other small jobs. They were so good and reasonable I refer them any time I can.

Jose came out the day I called. Super polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He explained all my different options and what he believed the problem was. Quick, clean, and efficient at an extremely fair price! Atlas provides top notch service and will be the first and only company I will use or recommend to anyone!

Very easy to book. They were available in less than an hour to fix a clogged drain. their work was quick and efficient. Plus they did a good job of cleaning up when they were done. Payment quick and easy with a check or can use a credit card for the added processing fees. Website seems to focus on San Francisco but in my case I live on the Peninsula and it was not a problem.

I used Atlas on two occasions. I was satisfied with both times. The technician answered my questions with knowledge and understanding and fixed my problems.

We had another toilet installed. This time they encountered two issues. They were resolved efficiently.
